10. Drink lots of water
It may sound obvious, but drinking only one pint of water before your night out can help offset any potential hangovers. The reason being is that our body expels up to four times as much water when drinking alcohol due to water being sent to the bladder instead of the body because of the important hydrating hormone, vasopressin, being blocked. It’s a simple step to follow but one that gets overlooked in favour of eating on a full stomach.
